Start where you are
Beginners often try 30 seconds to a minute. There is no prize for staying longer than feels right.
Cold water is a simple practice: arrive, breathe, step in for a short while, and step out when you are ready.

Many guests aim for a few short sessions across the week rather than one long push.
Our plunges typically sit between about 39 and 50°F. Ask us what the tub is holding the day you visit.
Some people warm up in the infrared sauna before or after. Others keep the plunge on its own.
Cold exposure is not for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, unmanaged blood pressure concerns, Raynaud’s, or another condition that makes cold a poor fit, talk with your doctor first and ask us whether a session is right for you.
Children under 14 must use the gloves and socks we provide.
Awaken the Element Within
Walk-ins are welcome when we have space. Saturday visits are by appointment.
Plan your first visit and we will confirm by phone or email.
